If you want to be sure that you have all the legal protection possible, mail a certified letter to Comcast (<A HREF="http://consumer-complaint.blogspot.com/2008/10/comcast-intentionally-provides.html" REL="nofollow">if you can find a mailing address for Comcast</A>).
